RETURNS

We aim to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience, and it is important that you love your purchase from us. We have made every effort to check the items ordered before sending for delivery. However, we do refund or exchange in accordance with several conditions: -
•    The item must be returned, of original docket, in within 7 days for local buyers & 14 days for international buyers
•    Does not apply to items reduced in price for sale purposes
•    Items that have been worn or altered from their original state will not be entertained
•    If we have made a mistake with an item send to you is faulty, damaged, and of unsatisfactory quality
•    The item cannot have been damaged or soiled by the customer
•    We do not cater to any forms of return request such as incorrect sizing and ‘change of mind’ purchases
•    Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie/bikini cannot be exchanged or returned

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us online in within 7 days for local buyers & 14 days for international buyers, indicating the reason for the return. Depending on the customer’s preference, a return will be administered either in the form of one-for-one exchange under the same design, full refunds or credit notes redeemable during the next purchase.

We do not always guarantee the availability of the same item as our stock is selling fast, therefore limited. Outward delivery charges will be borne by us on the first exchange. We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered or express post. It is your responsibility to ensure the item arrives safely to the return address.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-3 days upon receiving the item at our office. Once item is received, we will notify you via email and process your return and reimburse postage charges accordingly.
