www.uglyducklingcloset.com is an International Online Shop operated by Ugly Duckling Closet (reg no). As we expand & update, this Terms & Conditions might change, so it is advisable for you to check this page regularly.

Terms of Sale
All items offered by this website for purchase are brand new. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the price stated. The cost of a product in foreign currency may fluctuate, thus all prices advertised are subject to such changes. 
i)    Color & Measurements
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appears on the site, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations might occur in color and size specifications. Certain colors may appear different due to your personal computer resolution and monitor settings. For measurement, please allow 1-inch discrepancies due to different ways of measurement.
ii)    Availability
If an item displays SOLD OUT this generally means that we will not be getting any more of that item, unless the supplier does a re-run of a popular style. If we run out of stock of a particular item and expect to be re-stocked, we will notify you via email.
iii)    Payment
You will be prompted during the checkout process to select your preferred payment method. Local customers can pay by Offline Payment – ATM transfer or Online Transfer. When paying using Offline methods, you will be given full payment instructions, including our banking details, upon checkout. International customers can only pay by PayPal using our secure checkout. Select PayPal as the payment method upon checkout and you will be directed to the PayPal website during the payment stage of checkout.

Prohibitions
When placing an order, you undertake that all personal information’s provide to us are true and accurate. UDC may have the right to cancel any orders when the payment of 24 hours is up without any notification from the customer. Please take note that where there is any case of multiple default payments or accounts, we reserve the right to ban the customer from the use of our website without any notice.
